The Arts
Art at Morley S.H.S. caters for students’ interests wherever possible. We provide an academic approach or a design approach to the subject in upper school as in conjunction with students’ preferences. Students’ preferences are also catered for in lower school with the degree of theory varying according to specific subject requirements.
Painting, printmaking, ceramics and textiles are our main areas. However, we venture into three dimensional projects regularly. Technological access is incorporated into student learning for those who demonstrate an interest in this area too.
